Aggression June 2016 Predictions
Firstly I know there is a lot of you wondering why I’ve been taking so long with my 2016 psychology predictions (I get like 20 messages a day about them and they really mount up) and I thought I best give you a detailed response as it’s not intentional.
I’ve been quite ill recently and every time I recover I seem to catch something else and after 3 months of this cycle it’s literally worn down my immune system so I catch illness under the sun. A paper cut would kill me right now.
It’s been exhausting juggling Loopa, working full-time and also being a husband and father to a little girl while so ill so I just wanted to let you know why I’ve been a bit quieter this year. It’s’ been quite demoralising at times being so unwell too ( I can’t even remember what it feels like to feel normal anymore )
So that’s the reason. With that said my goal is to try release the PSYA3 and PSYA4 predictions every couple of days now as the exams approach and we start off my PSYA3 June 2016 predictions with one of my favourite topics which is Aggression. Be awesome and LIKE/SHARE and let your classmates know.

Looking at my predictions table for Aggression, I can see a couple of questions I would prepare for in these June 2016 exams as they haven’t appeared in a while as a full essay. My goal here is to direct your focus – always revise everything but there is a couple here I would focus more attention on as they are overdue.
- Neural and Hormonal explanations/mechanisms in aggression. This has not come up as a full essay in a LONG time (since 2011). That’s 7 exam windows ago so I would say it’s long overdue an appearance and my front-runner.
- Evolutionary explanations for group displays of aggression. I actually sat the exam paper the last time this appeared in January 2012 and it’s not come up as a full essay since only making an appearance as a 4 marker. It was overdue when I sat it and now it’s overdue again – my second most likely essay and one to definitely prepare for.
- Evolutionary explanations of human aggression including infidelity and jealousy – It’s less likely but still one to consider as according to the table its the next overdue essay last appearing 2 exam windows ago. This and Genetic factors in aggressive behaviour are almost equal in my eyes but this one just pips it by one exam window. The only thing thats niggling at the back of my head is that Genetic factors in aggressive behaviour has only ever come up ONCE while this one has come up twice. It’s tough to balance between them with this factored in so if you can – ideally revise Genetic factors in aggressive behaviour too.
These 4 essay answers are where I would personally focus my revision efforts. There are a total of 7 essay questions you can be asked and although its always best to learn them all – if I were a betting man and desperate I would hedge my bets on these 4 the most really. Hopefully this helps.
So those are my thoughts – what do you think?
